The Problem faced

The data is available. The clarity to act is not.

data-sensei-overview

A SOC analyst reviews hundreds of alerts per shift. A platform admin maintains dozens of dashboards that go stale
every time the infrastructure changes. An OT engineer waits until something breaks to find out a feed went dark.
The data is there. The tooling is there. The connection between the two takes time your team does not have.

Three ways to put AI agents to work.

Start with a free agent today. Or build a custom one. Or run the full platform. Most teams use all three over time.
Low-Mileage

AI Platform

A containerized platform that hosts and governs every agent on your infrastructure. Cloud, on-prem, or air-gapped edge.

Low-Mileage

Custom Agents

Bespoke agents built for your exact workflow. Template-based or fully custom. Transparent pricing with a not-to-exceed cap.

Low-Mileage

Prebuilt Agents

Two free, open-source agents you can deploy today. Plus a catalog of production-tested templates.

Not chatbots. Always-on agents with strict guardrails.

Each agent runs in its own isolated environment, communicates through channels, holds memory
across sessions, and operates within governance rules that cannot be changed once it
reaches production. Here is what makes them safe to run:

// Key Benefits

Enhance-Productivity

Always-on, not one-shot

Persistent agents that hold context across sessions, execute scheduled workflows, and take autonomous action within scope. Not a chatbot that replies and stops.

Accelerate

Locked once in production

Configuration is malleable during setup. Once promoted to production it becomes immutable. No injected instruction can change what an agent is allowed to do.

Achieve

AI Watchdog monitors the fleet

A dedicated security agent continuously analyses every other agent for prompt injection, data exfiltration, and configuration tampering. It cannot be disabled by the agents it monitors

Experience

Single operations dashboard

One view for every agent's status, cost, logs, and scheduled work. Backup and rollback for agent configuration and learned state are managed from the same place.

box-shape

Governance built in. Not bolted on.

Most agent frameworks are designed for developers prototyping. The bitsIO AI Platform is designed for production environments where an agent leaking credentials is a real problem.

What sets the bitsIO AI Platform apart

  • Configuration locks in production. Prompt injection cannot alter what an agent can do.
  • They are still susceptible to prompt injection.
  • Read-only by default. No changes without human approval.
  • Read-only identity and skills by default.  Human intervention is required.  Agents can't change themselves and with the AI Watchdog, we are monitoring if identity or configurations are done externally.

Where do you sit today?

Most enterprises sit at Phase 2 or 3 without realising it. The framework shows where you are and where to go next.

Phase Name What it looks like
01 Dark No AI in use.
02 Sparks A few individuals using AI. Isolated wins.
03 Shadow AI is everywhere but no one is governing it.
04 Standard A governed tool set. The target state.
05 Operationalize Agents embedded in workflows. Value persists.
06 Compounding Agents hand work to each other. Value accelerates.

A 30-minute assessment maps your environment and identifies the highest-value first step.

No preparation needed. We ask, you answer.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does deployment take?

Free agents: a few hours. Template-based custom agents: two to four weeks. Fully custom builds: longer, scoped before work begins.

What does it cost?
  • Free agents are available to deploy yourself.  Fully custom agent are delivered with a visible cost that aligns with the complexity of the agent.
  • Free agents are free. Template-based has a fixed base price. Fully custom uses hourly services with a not-to-exceed cap. A scoping call gives you a number

What data platforms do bitsIO agents support?

The agents are platform-agnostic. They connect to Splunk, Elastic, cloud data lakes(S3, ADLS, GCS), Grafana, ServiceNow, and any system with a documented API. The architecture is data-source-neutral, with integration adapters configured peragent. Splunk is the most mature integration because of bitsIO's history as a four-time Splunk Partner of the Year, but it is not a requirement.

Do agents need cloud access?

No. Agents can run fully on-prem or air-gapped. You choose where inference runs: cloud models, local GPU, or both.

Is an AI agent just a chatbot?

No. A chatbot replies and stops. An agent runs continuously, holds memory, connects to your tools, and can act within the boundaries you set.
